Can someone please explain to me how gender diversity and academic diversity play a role in MBA? I’m not angry XD , just very confused , how does it make life better in college. Please avoid sh*t like we get a vareity of view points etc. Genuinely want to know why IIMs would host a test and then neglect it.Why not Make iim intake like the US colleges if this is the case?
Today I was going through videos on YouTube and suddenly a video of Keshking/cetking popped up. The video was titled the “Sir I got my first IIM Lucknow call ,Success” .So i click on it expecting some guy who was a topper etc. So it was a guy with 123 in cat who got into IIM L. XD (the dude was probably from reserved category) So when these mentors like RR say that I have coached ‘x’ number of people who got into IIM A , just think about how many of them are GEM. My guess is close to none , These mentors are always ready to say facts like how many students under their Mentorship got into IIM ABCLIKS but the real question is how many of them are GEMs? Food for thought

General- Female- Engg. Varc/dilr/qa : 96.71%ile/92.97%/ 91.03%ile. Total 95.84%ile.... 10th - 10 CGPA(95%). 12th-96%. Graduation-7.88 cgpa. 2017 pass-out. Upsc aspirant. No experience.Any chance of an iim call? Indore? Kozhikode?any other iim?
GEM work ex:- 6 months in GE OA:-97.61 Sectional above 91+ Havnt applied for any college other than iim I know its late but which are the best college i can still apply for with this percentile. Plz help
