At 13th position out of 14 seats reserved for ebc women category. Is there any chance of reduction of seats in final result.

I think every candidate from Bihar should tweet to bsphcl and ask why it is allowing candidate from other state to fill application and get a seat while we don't get opportunity in other states. There is very less job opportunity in Bihar and on top of that people from other states are also allowed. I have already tweeted.
