Update about today hearing ( 7th Oct) 1. Hearing start hua around 11 am. 2. Start me hi kisi petitioner ke lawyer ne date extension ka request kiya ....but judge ne bola ki koi date extension nhi hoga 3. Aaj hearing me lalit kishor(AG) aur p k shahi present the... 3. Firstly lalit kishor ne argument start kiya ki ....ki sir ye vaccancy state matter hai...pichla vaccancy civil engineer ka bhut phle aaya tha.....aur ye mass vaccancy hai... 4. Iss vaccancy se state aur department dono suffer kar rha hai....aur ye picchle saalon se pending hai. 5. Aapse request hai ki iss matter ko jaldi sort out kijiye ya recruitment process jo pending hai usko complete krne ka order dijiye ... 6. Phir question answer related bhut saare case ka reference diya...aur bola ki agar aaj final judgement nhi de sakte hai to interim order passed kar dijiye jitna petitioner hai utna seat reserved krke. 7. Aur final result with condition release krege jo ki lpa 642 ke outcome se effect hoga. 8.
