We were told during our interview (2 rounds) held on 18/12/2025 that final result will take time since our interview process is still going. The tentative date they mentioned was during mid Feb 2026. However those who failed to clear technical round of interview were immediately informed about the result. those who cleared till final round i.e. soft skill round with senior management were told to wait till feb for final result.

Any update on BPCL experienced personnel recruitment result
Anyone got any latest news about 2025 experienced professionals rectt in BPCL.
The same happened during my interview the second round which they called softskill round with senior management i guess directors were in my panel. Asked generic why and what are expectations etc.
