Every race that we run has a starting point and a finish line. Then there are different lanes in which we run to reach the finish line. When we start the race we are more focussd on the finish line but the moment we begin running we get attached to the lane we are running, we get distracted by the race which others are running in other lanes. Our focus on the finish line gradually reduces. Midway we know we are not going to reach there and so we reconcile ourselves to the nature of the lanes we are running and get influenced with the character and lifestyle of others who are ahead in other lanes. The truth of the matter is very few have any clue of the finish line of life. Others are only guessing. Never reconcile yourself to a situation. Keep the battle on no matter how good or bad your current circumstance is. Only the brave and the best touch the finish line. Touch the finish line in style.
You find yourself refreshed by the presence of cheerful people. Why not make an honest effort to confer that pleasure on others? Half the battle is gained if you never allow yourself to say anything gloomy. - Lydia M. Child
