IN PARA 23 IT IS WRITTEN:-
If the above terms and conditions are acceptable to you, please advise us in writing your unconditional acceptance on the enclosed duplicate copy of this letter to reach us within a week. A copy of the same should also be submitted to the Authority mentioned in para 16 at the time of reporting for pre-appointment medical examination.
FIRST OF ALL WAT IS THIS ENCLOSED DUPLICATE COPY???
SECONDLY WHERE AND TO WHOM SHOULD WE SEND ACCEPTANCE TO AND HOW????NO ADRRESS OR WAY TO COMMUNICATE ACCETANCE IS GIVEN.
IN UNDERLINED PART IT IS WRITTEN AT THE TIME OF MEDICAL THAT IS 23.09.2013-28.09.2013 WE HAVE TO HAND OVER THE ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT LETTER TO THE AUTHORITY BUT IN THE 3 OPENING STATEMENT DA ONES IN RED DEY ARE SAYING WE WILL GET APPOINTMENT LETTER ON REPORTING THAT IS 6.10.2013.....HOW CAN NEONE GIVE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ANYTHING THAT HE IS TO RECIEVE AFTER A WEEK.....??

IMPORTANT POINTS REGARDING FORMALITIES
1st. We need not to send any hard copy to them. Just take a print out the offer letter. Sign it and than scan it.
2nd After scanning you will have to send back this offer letter on two e mail address.

3rd Yes we have to fill the DRO online application. But there is some kind of problem while filling DRO online appication because in the date of joining column OCT month is not coming. So need not to panic just wait till monday.
4th Reference Certificate or Character Certificate more or less are same. But in the reference certificate you will have to mention your contact address also.
5th Just take 4 print out of your offer letter. One you will have to deposit at the time of medical. 2nd will be deposit at the time of training.

i think biodata form link will open after medical examination . {after 28.09.2013}.....

in joining letter para 9 its is written we have to produce computer literacy certificate. it was not required at the time of filling the form. and now they are asking it. so is it mandatory to provide computer literacy certificate

Guys any idea abt timing to report for a medical exam??
I tried to fill the DRO BIO DATA form and was on the last page which is form 5 but then while clicking on submit button it said that an error occured and please go back and try again later so could not take a printout of the DRO BIO Data form. Has any one taken printout. Kindly let me know?

Hi Guys!! Called up BOB helpline. In the online joining form, the max limit is 250 characters for each space/box provided. So, if anyone has typed more than 250 characters in any space/spaces, please limit that to 250 to submit the form.
Hello Guys!! My training centre is in Lucknow and I am from West Bengal. What about the duration of the training? is this 2 weeks or 13 weeks and whether accommodation will be provided for all those weeks, in addition to classroom training? Also, when will we come to know about our place of posting?
