Any one joining on 24th may in kolkata?
I have completed this programme , here is the feedback 1. Bandhan bank will not give any pgdbf certificate from affiliated university of 1 year course so you can't show this pgdbf programme in your education qualification as well as for getting jobs in other bank as it is of no use outside Bandhan. 2. At the time of interview , HR will say that they will give you posting nearby your home but in reality HR have given the posting to many guys ranging from 300 to1300 km far away from home. Only girl will get home posting or nearby. Because in papers it is written that posting can be given in Pan-India so remember words have no value untill it is written in paper. 3. At the time of interview HR will say it is a job where you have to do sell and operation both in the ratio Of 50:50. And when you will get the branches branch head will say that ratio of sell and operation is 90:10. 4. 9 months training will be in Rajpur,kolkata .you will love this place ( training center) every facility hotel rooms with ac ,class room ac ,playing ground for games will be provided to you. Classes will held from 9 am to 6 pm with 2 hour break i.e. one hour for lunch and one hour for tea break.Even all the people working here are also very supportive and of good nature. And you will get the chance to meet MD sir on regular basis. 5. But after 9 month training , you have to join as a trainee for 3 months in branches where the actual climax starts you will be given 10000rs. stipend and you will do all sorts of work of an regular employee. 6. See Bandhan bank old staff are very nice people but the problem is most of the upper level position like (branch head, cluster head) is occupied by axis bank or HDfC bank employees and these other bank employees are giants seriously . they shout on the staff ,they abuses lower level employee(CRO, bse,ssc sometimes even ABH) for overfulfilling the target ( casa, mutual fund ,Health insurance, general insurance and lot more) and that time you will be clueless whom to complain. Branch head will say this is banking language (shouting and abusing). In the meeting in morning , branch head will organise the meeting for one hour . And in 1 hour meeting he will shout to the employees for unachievable targets. 7.timing of working in branches is about 11 to 14 hours. You will not get time for yourself.you will not have any personal life . 8.Atlast think twice or thrice before joining this course because for this torture ,you are going to give 4 lakh rupees. 9.we are called next gen bankers who does this course but after joining branches I felt like it should be next gen sales programme. 10. Already 6 NGB has left this job after doing it for 1 month or 2 month because of unbearable pressure . 11. Most of the employees do not able to speak because of fear of losing job and fear of getting low rating.

next gen programme is a worst ever programme I have ever seen. believe me It is a pure business . It has nothing to do with your career. They will take 4 lakhs from you, neither they will provide you a certificate, and they will give u a sales job of salary 13950rs. After deducting emi. In workplace you have to listen slangs and abuses from branch head and posting also will not be in your home town. It is better to do a sales job in axis bank.
i had applied for bandhan bank next gen program in April 2018 and I have not received any notification about it could any one have idea about the exam date when it will be happened...

It’s the biggest fraud program that is running in the country. Bandhan Bank is befooling unemployed youths through next gen program, where u have to deposit 1 lakh to get admitted just to come out as an educated salesman. they say they will give PGDBF certificate, but actually, they don't. From first 4 Batch about 300 students registered and complete the course successfully but yet no one received any certificate, but every student were charged 4.50 Lakhs course fee. They lure in the name of Job, which is actually Sales Job, in which every student has to go outside the branch daily to fetch more customer to branch and bring accounts, insurance and Fix deposit of value 10 Lakh daily basis, which is not possible.
If u take the loan, then u will earn almost nothing till 4 years.
Also, there is tremendous work pressure, late sitting and they will post u away from your home in some other state.
