I wish to do a second MBA from abroad and my profile is as follows:
Xth- 91.6%
XIIth- 86%
Graduation- Psychology (H) - 71%
MBA- 2.9/4 CGPA
Work Exp: 2.5 years as Marketing Manager with Godrej (Responsibilities handled- PR, Trade Marketing, Branding)
I wish to start my preparation for GMAT, and want some guidance on the kind of colleges that I should apply for (realistically) and other prep.
I have a couple of questions as I have just started my research on MBA from abroad. Request your advice-
1. Is my profile suitable for any of the top 10 B-schools including INSEAD? What are the kind of colleges that I should apply for with this profile?
2. How important are extra-curricular activities and community development work, since I have done both but not very seriously. Is it possible/reasonable to do something in the next 1-2 years and then apply?
3. I have a full-time job, so is it realistically possible to pursue the preparation alongside? I do not have any timelines in mind as to which batch I should apply for..
4. Should I appear for the GMAT first and then worry about other things with the score in hand?
5. What kind of scores do I need to get into any of the top 10?
6. Since I have already done an MBA, does it make sense to do a second one from anywhere less than the top 10?

I am a GMAT aspirant. Currently working in an IT firm in Pune. Have about one and half year experience in support projects as an IT Engineer. I am looking for GMAT this year. I have no idea how should I go about my preparation. Should I join a "coaching" institute. Or would self study suffice? How should I begin?
