I am a 22 yo Chartered Accountant from India (qualified this July). I plan to take a 6 month break to take the GMAT (and do some volunteer work and pursue other interests). I plan to apply to B-schools in 3-4 years' time.
I have a couple of queries-
1. Besides the validity of the GMAT score, are there any other Cons of taking the GMAT right after graduation?
2. If I secure a 700+ score thereon, is it advisable to put it on my Resume? With respect to India, can it leverage my chances of getting an Analyst position at an MBB/IB? Further, to what extent will it be a double-edged sword (since my intention to quit in 3-4 years' time would be amply clear to my interviewer)?
Hi, I am 28 years old. My percentage in class X was 84 , in class XII was 76 and in engineering B.E. (B.I.T. MESRA)was 69.5. After engineering I prepared for a year and qualified GATE with AIR 25 ,joined NTPC LTD. and worked for 16 months. Then I cleared Indian Engineering Services with AIR 22 and am working for India Railways ,after resigning from NTPC LTD , for the past 33 months. I was the captain of my institute's cricket and volleyball team. I want to do executive mba from top b-school in India. Which exams I need to clear and with what score(as per my bio data written above) to get in which institute? Kindly make a table and please explain what are the possible options for me. Thank you

Wanted your views on my changes for MBA this year. Im giving GMAT next month and will be applying in the second cycle for colleges. My profile is as per below:
1) 10th standard: 95%
2) 12th standard: 89%
3) Did engineering bachelors plus Masters from BITS Pilani. GPA: 8+/10
4) Worked with some of the biggest investment firms in highly sought after roles. Have really good recommendation letters. Just coompleted two years at work till date.
5) have social work experiece by being associated with an NGO for 5 years. I am now also working in a voluntray role with another organization for the past 2 years.
6) have interened in top level govermental agencies as well.
What are my chances for schools such as Wharton, Havard, Chicago etc. Im also applying for ISB this year.

Advertising professional with 4 years of work experience. Currently a creative supervisor in Dentsu, a leading Japanese network ad agency, handling some of the biggest brands in auto, telecom, tech and F&B respectively.
Before advertising, I have one year of supply chain experience with India's most well known FMCG giant.
As one may deduce, I shifted to advertising from supply chain. The decision was led by a mix of factors - a desire to build a career involving brands, as well as an evaluation of personal interests and capabilities.
I want to do an MBA to propel my career further in marketing.
However, there is a caveat. I have a string of rejects from last year's MBA applications - Fuqua, Ross, Yale, Kellogg, ISB (the last one was reject after an interview, which didn't go well for certain reasons). However, I have since managed improvements in my profile (promotion, leadership opportunities, community involvement) and a GMAT score improvement (I applied with a 710 score then. Now it is 760)
How do you think the mix of my schools for this year should be?
I have written essays I believe to be reasonably good, for Columbia and Tuck. And also looking at ISB reapp, and HEC Paris.
But last year's rejects are weighing me down. Any suggestions or pointers?
