Average full time work ex is 4 yrs but I have just 2.5 yrs work ex. So can I still think of applying ?

I have my GRE scheduled on 24th. I have been given Jamboree mocks and scoring around 310-312.Today I took the ETS PowerPrep Test 2 mock and scored 312(VA 146/ QA 166). Could you guys suggest some US universities to report scores to for MIS.

Hi Experts ,
I am planning to apply to couple of B-schools in US whose R2 deadline is 1st Feb.
I am done with my gmat and currently working on applications.
However i am yet to take toefl. and currently there are no slots available for online toefl in my or nearby cities.
Next slot available is 23rd Jan 2016. As per toefl rules, it takes around 15 days to get my score and 6-7 more days to reach offcial score report to school.
I am sure i can complete all application aspects LOR, essay before deadline and submit the app. However i dont think my toefl score will reach to those colleges before R2 deadline i.e. 1 Feb 2016.
So what will be my application status ? would it be considered in R2 or R3 ?
I am international coandidate and dont want to get my app into R3?

Exp- Project management, Maintenance and Asset Optimization (Reliability Engineering)
Current Responsibilities-
1) Maintenance planning and Execution
2) Planning, executing and monitoring Improvement projects, FIPs, Kaizens for COP reduction.
3) Responsible for implementing Asset Management framework in the organization for Asset Optimization (Closely related to Reliability Engineering)
4) Participates in the technical audits and follow up for Compliance
So my queries are
1)According to my profile/work ex, which MBA specialization would suit me for my career growth.
2)How much minimum score should I target in GMAT to get short listed in Indian Colleges (as I cannot afford to study abroad)
3) I cannot go for a classroom coaching due to location constraints, so kindly suggest me some online preparation course. After doing an extensive research online, I have shortlisted two online courses -a) Crack Verbal- MBA Crystalball and 2) TIME online course. So my question is how much do they help in preaparing for the exam? Do we need these type of courses.
4) If i go for a self study mode of preparation, what are the resources needed for that? Resources refers to here are Books/study materials/ online course contents? Kindly mention the name

Q. I am working in an IT company for past 1.5 years. There is very little learning there. The prospects of any growth are minimum and On-site opportunities are closed for at least a year. Is it worth continuing the same job for 1-2 years more just to increase the number of years of work experience? I have given GMAT once(680) and want to apply to colleges abroad. Academics 85% and decent extra curriculars.
