As a CAT aspirant I have experienced a struggle to find a good coaching in Indore Even after I m born and bought up here in Indore, because Indore has so many coaching classes. But while my research I have came across some Institutions that are popular in Indore.
Career Launcher - They offer extremely good study materials, and the mock exams are quite accurate representations of the actual test. Additionally, they only work with small batches, so they can eventually give each participant their undivided attention. Faculties are very experienced. But they don’t provide offline demo classes. Fee is on higher side but they offer you the worth.
IMS - They offer you a small batch size and produce respectable results, just like Career Launcher. Their study materials are inadequate to those of CL or TIME. The faculty team is competent and skilled. They offer offline demo classes. However, the positive interaction is only available during the demo. Fee is slightly on higher side but provides worth.
TIME - TIME has a strong presence across the country, but I believe they are having trouble in Indore. When I took the demo class, there were probably 90 students in each batch. In contrast to CL or IMS, faculties are experienced but somewhat ineffective at making you love their subjects. The mock series are decent. The management in these institutions is the worst I’ve ever experienced; everything is constantly delayed, and they don’t even response to the calls. Cheaper than CL and IMS but cannot recommend.
CH Edge Makers - They are only limited to Indore. My friend taken the admission here and he is very unsatisfied with them. So I don’t even asked for demo also. I have seen their study material which is again inefficient in comparison of CL and TIME. They also provide demo. Fee is less in comparison with IMS and CL but I don’t think they worth your money. Cheaper than CL and IMS and even TIME but cannot recommend.
Presto - Again they are limited to Indore only. Study Material is Okay Okay-ish just like TIME they have huge batch size introvert like me can’t even ask a question in the class and after class they don’t entertain your doubts. They have huge faculty team but only 1 or 2 are good enough ki unki baate samjh aaye. They do provide offline demo classes. If fee is priority you can go for it. Less fee but student crowd is not good.
Other institutes do not worth mentioning.
Things to be considered before making decision
- If you want good student crowd and limited sized batches go for CL or IMS
- If you want Good study material go for CL or TIME
- Want less fee go for TIME or Presto
- Skilled Faculty go for CL or IMS
- Efficient staff and management and online portal CL
- Brand name TIME
