With a whopping 42% ROI in the first year post MBA, Katz students can recoup their investment in just over 2 years post MBA on average. International students can recoup their investment faster given that the average salary is higher by about $5,000 than the Katz average.

Carlson, Minnesota is ranked second with 33% ROI in the first year after the MBA.

B.E. - VTU 8.25 gpa

GMAT: taking up very soon

EXP: 3 yrs - now with Qualcomm(previously worked with Accenture)

1)what is the minimum gmat score that the admission team expects for this program

2)can I start the application process and take up gmat later

I understand that Katz provide decent opportunities for internationals. I am interested in the possibility of a career change. Is prior experience in a given field of specialization a major factor for employers ? say for someone coming from an engineering and a purely technical background.

Hi guys. I am Bhanu. I am planning to apply to Katz for fall 2015.
 Here is a snapshot of my profile.

GMAT - 710

Experience - 6 yrs in IT consulting. Presently an IT specialist at IBM.

GPA - 73.4% in B.Tech(Mechanical) from an autonomous state level university. JNTU Hyderabad.

Xth - 87.4%

XIIth - 94.3%

The MBA/MIS JD program appealed particularly to me, as I plan to take up role in project management in IT consulting. Let me know if the school suits my profile.

In Bloomberg Businessweek's 2014 rankings of full-time MBA programs, the University of Pittsburgh's Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business was ranked No. 13 among U.S. public programs and No. 35 in the United States.

I was asked to pick my interview slot depending on my specialisation. I am wondering if in the interview I should expect questions on the specialisation I opted for in my application ???

Hi guys , I am planning to apply for the Katz 1 yr program . how r the placements for the 1yr program. Do the companies come for placements or it the students who have to look out for companies.
