Expecting cat 88-89 percentile, GEM, 10-93.5,12th- 96.1, 12th Math - 98.33, work ex -24 months. Should I consider applying for DFS?

 I got a score OA-127 VA-57 QA-31 LR-39 . MATHS Class 12th- 68. I am General non-engg male. I have less than 60% in graduation. This is my drop year. Should I apply for DFS/DBE ? ANY KIND OF SUGGESTION WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL. Thanks in advance.
