Eligibility

Graduate of any discipline under 10+2+3/4/5 System of any recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks (in part III in the case of Arts and Science degree/in applicable years of study of Engineering or other professional UG degrees).

For SC/ST candidates, a pass is enough. Candidates appearing for final examinations of Bachelors/Post Graduate Degree Examinations may also apply Irrespective of percentage of marks obtained so far (Subject to final results fulfilling the eligibility criteria). Test score of CAT 2009 is mandatory.

For Foreign students, presently studying in Indian Universities and for all other foreign students, submission of GMAT score is mandatory.

Well nowhere any info is mentioned regarding highest or lowest package...but in the brochure its given that the average pkg for last year was 4 lakhs with 100% placement...anyone having more idea abt this college, please pour in here!!!

i shall answer all the questions that were asked here..

to start with.. i've heard tht even during the period of recession, there were 100% placements and the avg. pay was 3.5 lakhs per annum.. and it's a silver jubilee batch now.. so u can expect more alumni support individually as well cos u will get to meet a lot of alumni in functions / meets..

and the cost of the appl. is also quite less.. so may be we can apply and keep our options open.. certainly not a bad idea to join..

and also about the exposure factor since it is located in puducherry
what about the learning experience over there
what %cile we can expect a seat over there
what about its various courses plz elaborate them about their cutoff no of seats placements of individual course
what weightage has been given to cat score

i am not sure of the %ile we can expect a seat.. i shall ask and get back if u want.. but may be it's worth to apply and see.. so that you can suggest those who are preparing for cat 2010!! :)

Dude I've one query for you....Will start from my sad story first!!
well......I'm a software Engg with 2+years of exp and I am totally frustrated with this industry(it really sucks!!)...very desperate to do MBA(this year only),coz I know if I'll be in this hell for another year,you will see me somewhere in AGRA(the biggest pagalkhana is there only)...I royally got screwed in XAT and my only hope now is CAT..I got to know that the avg. package offered in PU was 4lacks/year(with 100% placement)...Now I want to know what is the package offered there to any experienced guys like me....If you have any info about that,please share..It would not only help me but to all frustrated souls

@musiclover 91, the rankings u mentioned are from CSR, I am a bit wary of CSR rankings, because not many instis participate in it, its ambit is limited merely to IAS prep and somewhat to Bank PO exam. So if any puy could pour in some dependable rankings etc
