First of all thanks for the great platform. Sir can you please write the detailed syllabus for written test for the experienced professionals who have not gone through CAT or similar exams. And what about the standard level of exam so that we will make our preparation accordingly

Can v have sample question paper of the NSB exam test ?? just to check the level of the exam. or can u guide us the level of question paper is it the standard of SNAP or IIFT or XAT or MAT/CMAT ??

There is no mention of nsb test in the form. how do I opt for that ?

What kind of job profiles can I expect after this? like managerial positions, research analyst, energy consultant etc

75%in 10th (West bengal board) and in top20%ile Unfortunately right after I faced stomach ulcer for 3 years and managed only 48% in 12th(Have endoscopy reports as proof,not from govt hospital because treatment is poor there). After recovery I joined graduation and scored 82%in (in top20%ile)graduation(Non engineering ) Aspecting CAT 2018 will go with 90+%ile What are my chances to NTPC pgdm?

@nsb-ntpc Hey there,

Thank you for this platform, I reall have some queries and if you can sort it out, It will be very useful for me. The following are :-

1. I have submitted the form and there was no option for NSB test. When can i expect a feed back on this from NSB ?

2. Further I noticed that the required percenatge for 10th and 12th for a general category candidate should be greater than 80%.  I scored 68.4% in my 10th examination. I didnt pursue my 12th.  Instead i did diploma in electrical engineering. My combined percentages are also not equal to 80%. Am i eleigible for the admission process. ?

3. I did completed my graduation as well. I did Btech in electrical and electronics engineering. I scored 67% overall and I am currently pursuing post graduate diploma in power plant engineering from national power training institute. What are my chances this time for the admission in NSB because this is my last and the only attempt I have with me. ?

Could you please elaborate on the below criteria criteria of 10th + 12th Marks should be > 80. It is mentioned in selection procedure document.
