have some manners man!!
i dont care which bludy religion u belong to but be careful when u refer to somebody's religious credentials?
if u r a practising sikh it is a matter of shame that u have come up with a load of garbage against ur own religion .
if u r a hindu/muslim/christian/etc then i think try replacing the word sardar with ur appropriate religious title and u shall see the difference of pain u cause to somebody who is not just religious but also passionate about his religion .

dont try to wriggle out of this by suggesting that u have seen this movie or heard its name by somebody who may have remote connections with sikhism.

also finally understand this once and for all if u indulge in this religious attack once more i shall be compelled to attack the remaining religions and all arising provocations shall be your responsibility.

i have no clue from where u have drawn the religious implications of the movie title
i dunno if u've read hindi or not but lemme tell u something
SARDAR in hindi means a leader ....as in a head of a group .... the word has no religious implications of any sorts

i'm not a best friend of strawberry_ankhen or anything but i do know that he didnt write the movie to show disrespect of any sorts towards a particular religion

as far as my guess goes he was just trying to be funny which obviously the mods didnt like and he has been warned just like the case of tim allen
dont try to be a mod urself and think openly before u accuse someone of coming up with garbabe against a religion

i am amazed that if someone attempts to post stuff with outrageous / double (multiple) meanings there is an attempt to laugh off the idea but if there is a genuine expressal of felt anguish it is said to be carrying things a little too far.
all i suggested was that any post should not give rise to unnecessary debate over the merits of the case .

also the gentleman trying to teach me hindi would well know that there r some easily implied meanings of the words apart from the obvious historical ones(TADBHAV TATSAM SHABD KOSH ITYADI) .

THIS IS WHERE a misunderstanding may occur.
i have no clue y tom allen was warned ? yet i still profess my full support to this amazing and happy family which exists as a symbol of hope and pleasure.
