are you a serious film buff, i doubt it. satranj ka khiladi is a great film, the first film in hindi by ray9 have you watched any of ray's films), the film was meticulosly planned , trying to depict the insensitivity of the erstwhile muslim rulers towards the state of affairs.
artifical intilligence- it was a film to introduce a new concept, yes somewhere the film got lost, but it was a great movie by spilberg

i hated shatranj ke khiladi like anything.
and the artificial intelligence cud nt even create an artificial interest to even talk abt it again..

I think whether a movie is gud or not depends on the perception of the viewer.
as is rightly said-
"beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder"

I watch movies for entertainment and movies on sensitive issues in day to day lives.

so i cudnt somehow attach tht movie to my taste.
so felt bad abt it.

and wud nt mind expressing myself here.....

likewise sm1 mit not like gajgamini but ask hussain uncleji abt it and he will go
shala la la la in the morning..........and afternoon and night.....

Movies that are so awful, and the acting so pathetic and the direction so execrable, that the end product is very ludicruous and it makes you laugh like crazy..Seriously yaar, Sunny Deol aka PHANTOM, his acting and expressions on his face, and not to mention the senseless way in which he dies in the film, all too awesomely pathetic.... .. AND ABOVE ALL HIS DANCE IN THE TITLE SON..Hilarious to say the least.. My god!!! infact, i was actually ROFLAO...

btw do agree with yaadein.. and would like to add BOOM to the list.
and also Mein Prem ki......................

The worst movie of the decade would be Devdas * ( what a load of crap ! )

duplicate ( i should have watched the ceiling fan for 3 hrs ! )

yaah english babu desi mem * ( hmm it is a 2 hr movie version of mayur ads )


and all movies of mr subhash ghai * ( kisna , yaaadein , taal , trimurthi )

i think we need to give life time achievement award to mr Ghai to stop him from making movies !

Yaah Dev sahib's make movies that probably even his assistants won't like...but cant say abt the same during his acting days, i have my own favs johny mera naam, guide and hare rama hare krishna were awesome


And guys saw the movie duplicate many times on this thread, not many knew tht it was a dharma productions venture(yeah karan johar's)

1. Devdas: man, SRK overdid! IF u r suffering from overflow of emotions, watch it and die!
2. Kareena kapoor's part in virtually every movie.: She has got some serious digestion trouble (you cannot emote otherwise like that!!!). I pray for her.
3. Salman khan centric movie.(garv etc etc). He suffers from being too overconfident about himself. As an advice he should watch his own movies at least once a day. Probably he will cease to act.
