Guys, I got an admit from Welingkar for PGDM-Ebusiness, Bangalore campus. Is it good? How are the placements and internship prospects? Is Mumbai Campus better or Bangalore?

Guys if anyone takes admission in an iit(not B or D) for mba this year...but again gives CAT 2016 and scores much better to get any of the old iims..what should be the path for him/her to follow? Is it advisable to give CAT again even after taking admission somewhere?
