Based on my profile, should I join IIM-L/I/K now, or try for US/European MBA in two years?

Petroleum Engineering from ISM (IIT) Dhanbad, OGPA 7.67 Work-ex: ONGC (3 years) @12lpa Extra-curr: avg in colg, nothing since. can build up. Personal/Family savings till 2018: apx 40-45lcs
Not very keen to pursue MBA right now, and want to explore a bit (freelance work, volunteering, traveling, blogging), and fascinated by the idea of MBA from good international school.Will 5 years in PSU hurt my profile? And how much should I expect to spend? Is it worth it, in your opinion?

Please tell me where I should join IFMR or BITS PILANI ????????
Both have same average package of 8.5 lacs per annum.
The batch strength of IFMR is 180 and that of BITS Pilani is 70 students.
