I am a bit confused between XIMB and KJ Somaiya. I want to apply in one of them because of budgetary constraints.

Hello everyone,
I'm writing this post since I needed suggestions on the colleges to apply.
My biggest hindrance is my below average academic profile.
10th 2007 - 84.20%
12th 2009 - 61.80%
Took a drop year and joined engineering in 2010.
Graduation 2014 (B.E. Pune University) - 55% (rounded off)
I'm very confident my CAT 2015 score will be around 140-160 marks. The percentile estimate is 93-97!
Work Experience - 5 months. Did not want to quit but had to for a personal reason.
I have a quite good extra-curricular profile. Been a part of clubs and societies, participated in sports at the regional and Kendriya Vidyalaya national levels, learnt a foreign language, black belt in karate etc. Let us just say it is very decent and above-average.
Also, I have an NISM certification in mutual funds since I help my father in his financial consultancy. I'll be appearing for the CFP module-1 in January/February. I'm pretty sure I want to do my MBA in Finance.
Can anyone suggest me the colleges that I can apply to? Do I have a decent chance of getting into an AAA or an AA grade college?
