Hi everyone, I am a 30 year old male having 7 years of experience in Aviation industry working on IT infrastructure and Airport Modernization. I wanted to do an full time MBA after my Btech and get placed in a senior management job profile, work for few (approx 10-15) years abroad (open to any country) and then get back to India at a very senior position and stay with my family afterwards. Currently I am working in a middle mgt job. I have cleared the following universities in Australia.

After talking to many people around me and looking at the rankings I feel that the top four universities (1-4) are good and one can expect a good paying job (>80$ pa) after completing MBA from these universities. I have just converted Kashipur. I have already taken admission in MBA(Business Economics), Delhi University.
Should I grab the kashipur offer ? I don't want to go for it just for the brand IIM and personally would prefer staying in Delhi. Is there a huge difference in the placement stats and course structure. Which one should I chose?

12th - 65%
B-Tech(computer science) - 74%
Work exp- 8 years
I work as a business Analyst/Project lead with one of the top financial institutes of Australia.
I am in line to be a team leader but I want to get into strategic/ business leadership team.
Salary hike is not the main reason for me to do MBA.
If you can help me by suggesting some good colleges (with approx gmat score) that will be a great help.

I have been selected for MBA at IIT Delhi . Also I am getting a job offer from Oracle. Can anyone suggest what to choose? I'm really confused .
35 years old with non tech qualification and average educational scores. 8.5 years of work ex in sales and BD (real estate / reated sectors). Recent assignment with food tech startup as avp bd. I seem to be running out of steam doing the same thing again and again.Feel the need to revamp my career graph with qualification . Need to know the challenges i will face with regards to age, back ground, experience and score while enrolling for the same . Also if i should consider full time executive mba's in india. Do they have placements and would they consider me . What would be the best way forward for me? Any details required of me, please let me know. Your feedback's would be very helpful in evaluating the course of action.
