I am interested in PGDM-IB from SIMSR . My query is although last year cut off was 80.XX and it may go up this year so will my 3 years exp will be counted or K J does not give profile based call.

There is no profile based call in KJ SIMSR for PGDM-IB.
Only CAT score will be consider while shortlisting candidate for stage 1.

You do not get in top 20. If you are fine in the next set of colleges, then you can apply for KJSomiya, IMT(nagapur and hyd) ICFAI.
If you have good amount of wrok ex say 3 or more than that you can try for Great lakes.
However, my suggestion is before applying to all these colleges; think is ist necessary to do mba in this year? Can yo take one more chance and prepare for CAT13 or rather MBA13? I would chose latter!1

@chandrakant.k I am fine with college's like TAPMI, JBIMS, BIMTECH. What are my chances in those colleges with the percentile I have? I do think the latter is a better option, but would like to know if I would be able to get into any of these Good B Schools?

TAPMI will have a cut off around 85 or that was the case last year . However, remember that there is a big ppol of applicants and TAPMI conducts next round for almost everuyone who clears 85%ile.
JBIMS does not consider CAT score. iT considers CMAT. Not sure much about BIMTECH. but i guess you should be able to get a call at 89 😃

oops my apologies in that case. Even in that case the cut off would be very high. somewhere in 99's
