@poorme Comparison of college is not encouraged here in Pagalguy. I've sent a PM to you. Still would suggest you to not compare the colleges before you get a final call from any/all of them. Its a very subjective in nature.

@ut2490 I you want to go for HR as your specialization, among all the colleges you have applied to - XISS is the college you must aim for. I'm sure you'll get a call from XISS and there's high probability of you converting the same if you could perform to your potential.
TISS is one of the best colleges for HR apart from XLRI. So, if you get a call from TISS, you have to crack that. No excuses :)
Rest all colleges would surely give you a gd/pi call and a convert too. So, first convert all the calls you have and then we could discuss on the best b school you should join.

Seeing your heavy work-ex, I would suggest you to go for Executive MBA (1 Year) from Top B-Schools after you get the minimum work-ex required, which is usually 5 to 6 years.
Still, if you want options, then consider applying to
