Has anybody analyzed Q13 of VARC? Why is the answer option 4 . I am slightly biased towards option 3. What do you guys say ?

Welcome to Season 2, episode 13 - The one where LRDI sucked
VARC - 68 (99.9 percentile) - Good percentile. Second 99.9+ in SIMCATs.
LRDI - 38 (87.47 percentile) - This was so bad. Pulled my entire score down. And it is not as if it was very tough or anything.
QA - 63 (95.1 percentile) - I cannot believe that a 60+ did not even get me a 97+
OA - 169 (99.36 percentile)

Suprisingly, a sub 100 rank. As I had said, this is the problem with relatively easy papers. A high score is never high enough. This was a 185-190+ paper easily (and so does score of others show).
VARC - 43 (90.78) Might have got a bit lucky in close options
DILR - 45 (94.84) Need to go past 3.5-4 sets. Been stuck here for too long.
QA - 65 (96.09) Stuck in the range of 95-96 %ile:(
OA - 153 (97.62)...First 150+ score:). Was not expecting 97th %ile though, as it was probably easier than SIMCAT8.

How do I come to know that hunter gatheres are nomads from the passage ?
I answered the question by thinking that the line given in the passage that architecture was highly unusual for them.
And so I marked option 3 because I thought if geometry originates later from the date when the monument was built would certainly weakens the argument.
Please help me I am unable to comprehend the answer.
What was difficulty level of this paper compare to CAT? can i assume 3800 rank in SIMCAT will be equilevant to 14,000-15,000 rank in CAT.
Can someone let me know if explanation provided for Q30 of DILR is correct?
Does anyone else feel the options in RC of simCAT are very close and confusing? Like, in few cases there is one more option other than correct one which could perfectly have been the answer. And they just try to justify their answers anyhow.
VARC -44 (91.8) - Stuck in this range for so long and this keeps on pulling me down everytime.
LRDI - 53 (98.69) - Made a few silly mistakes. Could have easily bveen 60+
QA - 52 (87.22) - Don't know what went wrong here. Maybe lack of practice is biting me here as I seemed lost while doing this section and this QA was supposed to be easy.
OA- 149 (96.84) - Stuck at 150 since the last 4 AIMCATs/SIMCATs.

After attempting VARC & DILR was confident enough, don't know what happened. Accuracy turned out horrible.
VA- 42(89.72) DI- 12(21.85) QA- 20(37.71) Overall - 74(53.92)
First ever out of the window mock (and probably the last)
VARC (33A/22C)- 58 : Was confident enough of scoring a at least 65, don't know what happened
DILR (17A/16C)- 48 : Attempted a TITA at the last minute, if not it would have been a 100% accuracy.
QA (16A/15C)- 44 : Finally, an increment of more than a double, Best part for this mock.
OA (66A/53C)- 150 : Clearing the overall cutoff for the very first time, Feeling Content.
From 114 to 150, I hope that the upward trajectory continues.
