Hello everyone, GEF, CAT - 94.95%ile 10/12/BTech - 89%/87%/74.5% (State board) 15 months work ex I got call from IIM Shilong. Now please tell me how much possible chances is there for conversion? Anyone ever got into with this low percentile being GEF/GEM?? (I don't think I have a chance with this score and literally feeling hopeless)

Should i join IIM Shillong with 46 months of work experience ?

Skeptical about this because i saw the batch profile of IIM Shillong and the crowd with 36+ months of work ex. was hardly 5% of the whole batch. Also i came across many post on LinkedIN wherein the summer internship of many students were rescinded due to ongoing covid scenario and also saw some posts on fb groups where students posted that 36+ months of work ex. was like a great barrier in getting shortlists from companies.

PS: Placecommer ko relationship mei bhi nhi fasa sakti.... sab chote chote bacche hongey :P
