I am currently working with TCS. We have an option of availing leave for two years without pay.
We have two options, either to avail or not to avail the financial assistance. If we avail, we'd have to sign a service agreement, if not, a service agreement is not required. Could you please throw some light on how would it affect the eligiblity to sit in the placements.

Now as the results are out some people are converted some are waitlisted and some are rejected. I hope everyone is staying safe.
The very next important thing from here is that should the sessions be sihfted to online mode because of this pandemic ?
If a guy goes positive in any campus, the whole institution will be in lockdown mode and we will the only ones who'll be facing the problems. Our studies and intership will be impacted. Companies wont come to the campus for internship.
