I am a final year student.In the CAT Application form I had written my percentage using the conversion formula where we subtract by 0.75 and then multiply by 10.But after consulting college authorities,I came to know this conversion formula is applicable only for DGPA which is given after graduation.I have got a certificate from the Principal confirming the same.I have to fill the forms for the new IIMs.How do I rectify the percentage I had given in CAT form ?

Do we have bring all the payslips till now as mentioned in the CAP form?I have 37 months of work experience so does that mean I have to bring in 37 Pay slips for CDPI? Or is the latest payslip and date of joining proof enough? Someone please advice.
Worried about how you will fare in interviews and WAT processes of the colleges. I have been searching a lot and a few things that helped me prepare were -
1. Reading newspaper
2. Preparing for HR questions such as - Why MBA?, Tell me something about yourself etc.
3. Preparing about things revolving around work-ex. E.g. mine is technology. What are the latest happenings there etc.
