I have a work-ex of nearly 54 months in power sector (PSU ctc 12 lpa) and have converted IIM Kashipur only.
I'm desperately looking for a career change and MBA seems to be only escape. (reluctant to give GMAT)
Is it worth joining IIM Kashipur for me?
I want to know what is the scenario of lateral placements at IIM Kashipur?

My current position in different IIMs are as follows. Kashipur : 246, Raipur : 460 (0 movement till now) , Udaipur : 877 (movement of 160 till now) Category : NC-OBC. What should I expect this year? If you just want to check the poll results, please skip this question without answering.

I was gng through various placement reports of the top 20 MBA colleges in India...and I was comparing new IIMs and some good private institutions like IMT, NMIMS etc..... there are many good companies that visit colleges like NMIMS, IMT etc like Google, Microsoft, big 4 consulting firms...then y do people go after new IIMs where no such big names come for placements and in some on the post in PG, one alumni of xyz college posted that after 1-2 work-ex it really doesn't matter from where u have done ur MBA....please share ur views as I have to choose between new IIMs and other colleges within 5-6 days.
