Question of the millennium??
Though this question might not be relavant but can anyone give a satisfactory/logical answer to the waitlist movement of new iims....
Case1-IIM Udaipur
Seats-180(Gen-90)
WL-360 got cleared in the 2nd list
Scenario 1-Assuming NO BUFFER CALLS
Question1-Since there is no idea of whether buffer calls are given or not and how much,lets first take the case of no buffer calls,then in worst case if all candidates leave the offer,then max WL movement possible is 90.
Scenario2-Assuming BUFFER CALLS
Its really hard to predict the waitlist movement no since we have no idea how many buffer calls are given.
IMP-It is worthwhile to know that as per IIM U seniors,150 students paid the initial acceptance fees(lets take the worse case,only 60 paid in general),then scenario is at this point 60 gen seats are filled are 30 are vacant...they have given a whooping WL1-360 for these mere 30 seats....how can they be so confident that less than 30 would accept among these 360 candidates.....n that is only the 2nd list...there are 8 more lists to come

I have mentioned my grads percentage as 70.1 during cat application form .
Later after 7th sem results i updated my result in PI form as 69.4.
After admission during the document verification.
Also i have a back which i can leave and get the provisional degree from the university.
Can these two things be problematic in my admission .??
For a person with average academics (10/12/B-Tech : 87/87/67) which would be the best option
