What to fill in fifth year for bachelor's degree? I am engineering grad and form won't submit without filled in details in fifth year

I have filled up the form but it won't submit! It shows fill up Bachelor's degree details. I have already filled it up for the 5th year I filled up NA. Please help.

Is it compulsory to bring original degree certificate ? Or provisional degree will suffice ?

After submitting the form I am getting : Query Admission Fail.

In the application form while entering the 10th Board %, it states

Take into account only the marks in the subjects/paper which are counted for awarding class/division, does that mean we do not have to include additional subjects , I had hindi as an additional subject in CBSE 10th boards. Also while filling CAT application form it was manditory to include all subjects. Please clarify

It is given that 'please bring all salary slips'. Now any one who has a work experience knows that keeping all the salary slips is not possible. I have kept few with me that too just by chance. Now, what should I do?

By mistake in TO column of 3rd year, the date got submitted same as FROM date........How much difference will it make?

For the new IIMs, after logging in, it says:

"WAT & PI score will be obtained from the respective older IIMs. Those who have been called by more than one older IIM will have their WAT & PI score averaged for further processing."

Is there no form filling? I couldn't find a link.

Guys is it important to bring originial degree of graduation? I have xerox of my degree and also the provisional certificate.
