Need experienced people to comment on the same.
I have worked in a company till Dec'15 and then switched to another from Jna'16. Now since i have to resign, and they will demand hefty Notice Period, can i just leave the company w/o paying? would non avl of exp certificate pose a problem for me in future placements?
Also can i not claim to have worked only till Dec'15 in case it becomes difficult for me to claim my exp in new company?
please give your valuable suggestions..

Dear Aspirants,
The time has come.
IIM Rohtak will declare the result tomorrow. Please check for the updated link on website. The selected students of the first round will be sent an offer letter through mail. They will have to inform about their willingness to accept the offer latest by 18 May 2016, Wednesday EOD. The last date of submitting the registration fee online will be 21 May 2016. The details about registration fee will be present in the offer letter mail. So fingers crossed.
