Is iim ranchi's avg placement really 15lpa? :O
The summer placements have been phenomenal at IIM Amritsar, Nagpur and Vizag considering the fact that it was their first year. In addition to it, for the first few years, it is the mentor which will be taking care of everything including placements. So is it advisable to choose these 3 newest IIMs(Amritsar, Nagpur, Vizag) over IIM Kashipur, Udaipur, Rohtak and Raipur (ofcourse not Ranchi and Trichy)??? I think these 3 will overtake the ones started in 2010-11 as these 3 have a tremendous location advantage which kashipur, Raipur and Udaipur dont have.This location advantage was well evident from the companies which came for summers at these 3 newest IIMs.So what option will you select????

My interview got. Over on 17 th. Feb and since then it has been three months till now waiting for results ....it seems boards have come up yet again with the same feeling and anxiety waiting for final results and only IIM calls I have.. This waiting period shall bring some positive results Hopefully to all who are being impatient waiting for results like me.. ATB guys and girls.... Just a few more days and thanks a ton to all IIM seniors who have been so cooperative ,each and everyone from the media and PR team to guide through all the process that we have undergone

Hi guys... i know u lot are v tensed.. but it would be simply great if u would. Take some time to answer my query... u see.. m planning to give cat again this year. I have bad acads.. as in 10 is fine with 83% but 12 is 68%...i am a girl..(general).. economics hons final year exam just given. Would like to know if any of u.. with a profile similar to mine are there? I mean.. can i dream for the new iims? Old ones i guess won't take me. So would be really helpful if anyone would answer. Thanks a ton!

PI- Still confused because niether HR or GS asked any questions.Completely technical interview .I answered 70% and 30% were not from my trade .
After that HR and GS panel said
We are also done with him.without asking a single question.
