Why is it that cutoff in self-proctored mocks shoots up in DI, goes reasonably up in QA and doesn't change that much in VA? Hmm.
Maybe it is because given enough time any DI/LR set is solvable or at least the majority of the sets, the same applies for QA albeit to a lesser degree and doesn't really apply that much for VA.
Anyway another reminder that mock percentiles by themselves don't mean that much, raw scores are much more useful.
And on the off chance that people did grow smart overnight then so be it, all one can focus on is their own score. Because even if the cutoff goes from 173 to 273 one can still only improve their raw score.

Dear Student,
This is with reference to the recent SimCAT 12 that was conducted. It was observed that the scores were exceptionally high and hence the Cut offs were pretty high. An investigation into the same was done and it was noticed that a few students who took the test from home indulged in unethical practice and hence skewed the percentiles in their favour. We have hence decided to eliminate students from the rank list and are re-calibrating the percentiles. The same shall be updated and you can view the changed result by the day end.
We shall do the above exercise before releasing the ranks and percentiles the next time as well!!
