First of all, it's HRM and labour RELATIONS and not labour RESEARCH :mg:
Till last year, there used to be questions related to management but those were not the questions that decided the fate of applicants. In fact, candidates who were comfortable with QA/VA/DI/LR could afford to leave the management related section completely (there were no sectional cut-offs).
Since a plethora of changes have been introduced this year, it would be prudent to wait for the model paper. It may or may not be the same as last year.
And finally, you come here to be HR managers, right? If u were already one, what is the need for you to come here and study?
It's a myth that candidates are grilled on HR related topics. In fact, there are just two students in our batch who have prior HR related experience.
Having said so, no one can completely rule out the probability of getting such questions. But even if they ask, it would be quite superficial--something that you can know even by reading 2-3 good newspaper articles.

Is this the model test paper .. its there on the web site. But when confirmed with Tiss helpline they said still it will take a weeks time...
.This paper doesnt hav any Social Sensitivity related Qs and moreover there are few based on Qa..

You should be eligible - look at this link : https://admissions.tiss.edu/admission-process/eligibility and confirm - also only you can say if the degree will be beneficial based on what you want to do further ... i know that many engineers are in TISS but you have to decide for yourself
