Hi Guys,
I have filled TISS form online and submitted, it says, my status is complete and I will be eligible for the exam and that i should keep checking my mails, but on TISS website if you go to Important Dates section it says"Last Date for Receipt of Completed Forms at the Institute by Post and in Person" November 30, 2012
What is this??? There is no other option mentioned for people who have applied Online

for those people who are applying offline ( from backward areas ) they need to send their docs and form , so dont worry

hence no other specialization othr thn HR

Placements for HR are done by a student body , college dosent play any active role
they have barred placements for Social enterpreneurship program
The campus placement is student run activity .

@gpuy Look my friend.. Your sources/friends who told u tat freshers arent preferred are themselves at a cross road where they dont know which road to pick.. It is nothing like that.. What matters the most is your attitude for HR at PI in TISS. Secondly, this drop has to be justified in any b-school interview, and u must have a very solid reason to back it up.
Just apply for it, if u feel like and prepare hard for the Written Test.
@gpuy Look, you have to just have done something constructive and you should be able to justify that this will certainly help. Just for an example: one of my friends was doing some kinda certifications, dont exactly know what, but it helped him in his interviews.. In 'Marks obtained' for every semester, do we fill in Cumulative GPA or individual semester's GPA (multiplied by 100, I have assumed) and if not cumulative..then average of the 2 semesters?
