I have applied for development studies and media and cultural studies in TISS. I am interested to know the employment prospects of these two particular courses. like whether campus placements are provided and if so in what kind of fields and organisations. any help will be highly beneficial.

yes very good opportunities in both the fields in NGO, public/private sectors, Govt. programs etc.
do we have to give 2 papers for tiss ... ? what is the last date for registering ?

@sonalihira No there is one single test for entire courses.. TISSNET.. 17th nov is the last date for applying.. Kindly go through admissions.tiss.edu for further help..

I am also a TISS aspirant. I wanted to know if we can find the previous years question papers of TISS exam anywhere. I have caught up late on all this and so i have very limited time to prepare for the exam. Is it sufficient if i prepare from the CAT material for QA DI VA etc. I absolutely have no idea about the questiona paper pattern and other exam related stuff. It would be great if you can help me out with this. Im kind of weak in GK so where can i prepare for that section ? please let me know thanks a ton...!!! :)

Yes CAT material is sufficient for TISS prep. Till now even we don't have any idea of exam pattern, on 30 Oct they release a sample paper after that we will have the exam pattern.
For GK be touch in with current affairs.
