No extra weightage given to Tata employees. Regarding TCS or TISS. I would like to suggest you 'do whatever you like'.

Virtually it is called MBA because MA in HRM is totally follow the curriculum of Human Resource Management.

@saurabh9gupta yaar I am not too sure... Humare yaha max marks and min marks ka funda hai.. so I filled it that way.. If in dilemma, call TISS CARE.. its the best help for us..

convert your cgpa into percentage:
(Obtained cgpa divided by maximum cgpa) * 100

Can you please share some details about the batch profile in HRM & LR course, as in , the number of freshers, number of people with work ex, number of engineers?
How much advantageous is it to be a person with work experience during the time of admission?

@amoretto For HR this batch is a work ex heavy batch with only 16 freshers and 43 people with work ex. BUt this changes every year as the last batch had more freshers. And about the advantage of work ex. Cant comment on the selection process and if anyone does, its a mere speculation.

@anji29 Yes the degree is given as MA, and it is as reputed as any other degree u can think of.
