Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISSS, Mumbai) and Forum for Emotional Intelligence Learning (FEIL) together brings to you, the distinguished Author and Professor Richard Boyatzis for the first time in India in connection with “THE EQ LEADERSHIP SUMMIT - Becoming a Resonant Leader”.
Prof. Boyatzis is a Ph.D. from Harvard University (1973). He also did his M.A. from Harvard (1970) and B.S. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1968). Using his well-established Intentional Change Theory (ICT) and complexity theory, Richard Boyatzis has continued to research how people and organizations engage in sustainable, desired change. The theory predicts how changes occur in different groups of human organizations, including team, community, country and global change. Ongoing research supporting this theory includes developing new and better measures of an individual's emotional, social and cognitive intelligence as well as studies that demonstrate the relationship between these abilities and performance. His latest research includes fMRI studies to establish neuro-endocrine arousal of coaching to the Positive Emotional Attractor and resonant leadership.

@himanoj1982 for next round they mentioned pre interview test too...I had referred old TISS paper...it had..DI,DS ,English and objective HR questions...so...this time do we have this??

Hi cud u pl. tell me abt a) MA/M.Sc in 'regulatory governance' & b) MSW in 'livelyhood & entrepreneurship' prgs. wrt prospects, placements, recruiters/package etc. I know it's against ethics to disclose but pl. give some idea .
