As another line of thought, our team just conducted International Youth Conference at my University in Pantnagar on the occasion of Vivekanand's 150th birth Anniversary- I am the University convener. I had the chance to talk to one of the dignitaries Prof B Mahadevan of IIM B. Although, he too conceded the fact that majority of IIM students are far removed from the idea of serving the nation & a strictly "academic" intelligence based CAT exam has to be conducted to screen students, the PANELISTS IN GD ARE SUCH EXPERTS THAT WITHIN 30 SECONDS THEY FILTER THE GENUINE PPL FROM ARTIFICIAL ONES WHO LAMBAST FACTS. So applying the same argument to TISS (with hope), the panel would throw out the the ones who "fake" it & I would say FOR THE GOOD OF TISS & THE COUNTRY AT LARGE...
