I have one more doubt in filling the form of IIM ranchi. They have specifically asked for the 1st year marks. In a degree of 4 years also do i just need to fill marks of a single year?

Yup. You have to calculate your score for each year and then fill it. IIM Ranchi students can answer you better if in case you have more doubts.
Is the down?? I am not able to check my result..... what's the cut off...??? I've score 96.81 percentile...... is there any chance???

guys i have only 52% in 10th and 12th but 85 in graduation and am a fresher... at 97.88%ile overall..do i have a chance at conversion? also am a science graduate( non-engineer) but i dont think science grads benefit from the diversity factor do they?

They are referring to IIM Ranchi form which is available in their website. Also, the mail is for information purpose and doesn't have anything in specific (like steps to be followed). Please check if it has been sent to Spam/Trash folders as what had happened for most of us. It should have a subject line like "Result for PI & WAT for the Six New IIMs 2013-14". Also the result link is opening fine for me (worth a try in any other browser like firefox), so if anyone wants, I can check the result.

Yes, you have to, because that is part of the official application process of IIM Ranchi, but ppl here have got errors while filling up the form, so you maybe you can get in touch with some puy from IIM R in this thread.
