Bro even i faced same issue during my NMAT, i just applied for PGDM as i wasntt sure about NMIMS-Mumbai and when my results for NMAT were out i actually cleared NMIMS-Mumbai's Cut off too, still i didt get any call for NMIMS-mumbai.
So the moral of story is " Expect anything until your Results aren't out" if your score is equal to that off NMIMS-Mumbai cut off you're on Safe Side from all the angles.

You got to Wait buddy, Usually In B-Schools by end of March - April the Summer placement details are updated & by end of May-June Final Placements...So the Surprise & curiosity have to wait till that time:nono:..Kindly refer Previous Posts w.r.t to Cut offs & Other Details

Hi Last year the Cut off Initially was 155, as candidates were unaware of separate application procedure for NMIMS-B Later those who did't able to convert NMIMS-M interview where shortlisted for NMIMS-B.
This year since entire procedure is clubbed together expect the cut off to raise.

AS i already Mentioned in Previous Posts the Cut off's are still a mystery even for us, apart from waiting for the official Announcement by Pearson Guys we got no other option..And Work experience and any other academic excellence will only be an add-on Factor for you if you clear the cut off, else its of no importance:-(

Completely understand your View as well as Situation Buddy, but just few handpicked colleges does that, B-Schools like NMIMS,IIM's,MDI's wont update the Data until and unless the complete process for Placement is over and its completely in hands of Administration Department & Management Officials
I can assure you that once your journey starts with some top B-School even you will be answering diplomatically just like me...Students infact have only one option " Enjoy your Stipents & Keep your Mouth shut untill the Officials Announce it " thats the way a B-School Works

Surprisingly I have read two opinions about NMIMS-bangy.


In one thread I read that the cut off for NMIMS-bangy was same as that to BBY for the previous yr. Whereas in many other ones I have seen that the cut off was 155 compared to 210 for BBY.

Could u plz let me know the actual cut-off for the previous yr?? and why was this diff of 55 marks??? just because its new?? or is it because the bangy campus isnt setup properly.....

Frankly Last year the Admission procedure for NM-Bangalore was bit confusive, while Registering for NMAT, you can opt either bangalore or Mumbai, and not both this reduce the aspirants number Way down the expectation. So Initially For PGDM First stage selection procedure the cut off was 145-155(some where close i dont remember exact figure) and Later applicants who have NMAT score closer to NM-Mumbai been Given Interview call for PGDM(Even amnt 100% sure about the Criteria):nono:...Now that's what we call HISTORY Now w.r.t 2012-2014 admission Procedure,Pearson VU Guys taken proper care and complete process is in sync right from Beginning and the Number of Aspirants have Drastically Increased(Am Eye-Witness For this:biggrin:)..So Cut off For this Year is bit concern even for us, we dont want to give Aspirants fake hopes by Calling it off the Cut off as 145 or 155, if your NMAT score is Above 210 then Possibility of Converting it is Very High.

yes u had ti apply while registering..
if u wud hav registered... chances of getting a call are high
