Hey Guys me in Mumbai campus too. I am looking for Residential accomodation on rental basis on sharing basis around Welingkars as I am from Mumbai itself I will not get the Hostel accomodation in Welingkars. If someone wants to join me HE can contact me through Pagalguy. Also I am attaching an important Document related to MBA refund rules laid down by AICTE in case you want to cancell your admission from a college. Hope it helps all.
Please don't post your emails on forum, instead u can message PM. You can contact ppl in orkut.
You can get more boys who are looking out for Residential accommodation.

Guys, please stop cribbing about the bangalore campus. If you don't intend to join or are not selected, then that's your call
From the seniors I've spoken to through email and from here, this is what I have.
1. The bangalore campus has shifted to a better place as of this year. for pictures, head over to welingkar.org granted it's not like the mumbai campus but it's pretty darn good! 2. placements up until this year were common for both campuses. Any chances that may happen 2 years from now is for the Management to decide. 3. The faculty visits the Bangalore campus montly for a stretch of 4-5 days. The visiting faculty is includes renowned professors from IIM-B, University of Pennsylvania. For details on faculty, again head over to welingkar.org. they have a seperate section for the bangalore campus 4. The brand name of Welingkar, be it Mumbai or Bangalore, will be attached to you forever. As we know, it's always all about the college you do it from .
It's a good opportunity. Just ask any welingkarite from mumbai or bangaloreb

hi can i get a call from welli my score--- qa-21 di-32 va-24 OA-77
Xth-55 XII-67 GRAD-66 WORK EX-00 XTRA CUR-avg
exp %ile-- time-87 cl-78 cf-89 ims-86
what cud be my %ile???
Hi!!!
Getting a call from Welingkar depends not only on CAT score , but alos your - acads, work-ex (if any), extra-curricular & your essays with your application.....
Looking at your acads - its below average - & your expected CAT score is below 90%ile.......
So, i would suggest you give other exams as well - ATMA, CET, MAT XAT - cuase you can submit multiple scores with your Welingkar Application form & this would increase your chances of getting a call from welingkar...
All the best!!!!!

Welignkar only takes ATMA & CET scores. It takes CAT but it does not give importance to CAT score that is my observation. Please don't bang on welingkar option, keep other options open for colleges as they fill many seats by management quota. Neetu Wadhwa
Hey Puys,
Does Welingkar accept MAT score?? If yes, wats the cut off to get a call for GD/PI ??

Hi!
There is no particular cut-off for ATMA & MAT....It also depends on your acads & work ex as well as your answers to the questions in the application form......however, people with 95+%ile in ATMA & MAT had got a call from Welingkar & also some people with lower scores since they had good work-ex....
so make sure you write your answers well in the form & if you have good work ex which is relevant, then a decent score will help you get a call for GD&PI...but; an excellent score (98%le +) will make your chances bright!!!!
All the best!!!!!

Hi Neetu
What are the other good colleges to apply for with MH-CET score in OMS category.. what about sydnem ( ignore the spelling :)) how can we apply using the CET score.. i heard we need to apply separately in case we want to double up our chances...
