I passed out B.Tech (IT) in the year 2006. I work in an IT Co for two & half years after that. Then I did Full Time PGDM (Systems) from XISS Ranchi. I passed out PGDM in the year 2011. Since then I am working for an IT Giant as Team Lead. Now TCS is offering me a job as Systems engineer but I have asked for the position of IT Analyst. Total I have total four years of experience.
I don't have good knowledge about TCS's designation hierarchy. Please let me know what should be the suitable designation for me at TCS irrespective of what they are offering or what I'm asking?
