Can somebody please clarify few queries regarding the submission of confirmation fees/docs :

1. What all documents have to be sent to IIM L by 3rd May. Is it just the DD (Rs. 50000) and the filled in IIM Acceptance Form available on the website? Or is it the Formal Admission Letter that is being dispatched by them by Speed Post.
2. Is anybody else facing issues while making Online Payment? It seems that the Acceptance Form has fields for DD details only.

Fellows converts please help.
