@kimi21 Dear Kimi, Thank you for your interest in FLAME. Our website url is www.flame.edu.in. Our admission schedule can be found at: http://www.flame.edu.in/flame/important-dates. FLAME has an internal assessment process which considers different parameters for selection of candidates. Admission test score is just one of the parameters we consider for selection and not the only parameter. Even if you score below average in your entrance tests, but your application is strong in other aspects, chances are you might still get an offer from FLAME. Obviously, the higher the test scores the better your chances of getting an offer letter. FLAME has designed the selection process in such a way that each applicant has a fair chance for admissions. With this, FLAME tries to ensure that bright well-rounded individuals get admitted to FLAME창€™s postgraduate programs. The highest and median national level test scores of our applicants in the previous year were 99.2 percentile and 80 percentile respectively. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
Sincerely,
FLAME_Education

Hi,

FLAME School of Business has a good campus and faculties ,, Agreed. But what about the placements, if we look w.r.t. to ROI> placements avg are 5 L (approx) with a fees 13 L for entire course.

Your say ??

I sometimes think leading it is not always about money. Its also about the culture of the campus. I would be more interested in joining a campus with good culture and avg package rather than a campus with wicked culture and high package. After all, This would be my last "Official" Learning Stage. Want to make the best of it. I would be happy if Flame Team would share some insights about life inside. A free talk is appreciated.

MAT Sept Score 588.00 66.2%ile, 10th - 60% 12th - 56.8, B.Tech - 64 any chance for getting PGDM Gen.? Have 1 Year of workex as IT Recruiter.

Hi FLAME Admission team,

I had gone through the placement stats in your website and I see that the highest salary figures have been constantly decreasing for the past 3 years. Also, the participating companies have been reduced. Any particular reason for this?? Could you also let me know if more companies are lined up to visit in the coming years cos I am considering to join FLAME this year if I get through the interview. Would really appreciate if you could answer my queries
@badjaguar007
At FLAME, there's always a buzz of knowledge, of intellectual curiosity, of an insatiable thirst to learn. Here, learning does not happen only within four walls. We provide students with a fulfilling education and an active social life all underpinned by a network of people and organizations offering help, advice and support. Students grow, interact, learn in a tranquil yet stimulating unbiased and inspiring environment. As part of its endeavor to constantly redefine education, FLAME inducted the FLAME Investment Lab (FIL), an initiative that strives to deliver the concepts of value investing to interested students. FIL believes in the dictum “invest in yourself”. It provides tools for self-learning and acquiring knowledge, constantly striving for intellectual stimulation and asking questions. FIL strives to widen your horizons, aiding you to connect the dots within seemingly disparate information.

FLAME is home to various clubs that have activities going on throughout the year. There are various clubs that are formed by students to pursue a common interest. Some of the clubs are: Music, Poetry, Dance, Photography, Hikers, Gaming and Media amongst others.

FLAME takes its activities seriously and has an Office of Student Activities (OSA). The OSA serves as a liaison between the academic and campus life of a student. It promotes student interaction at a social, emotional, personal, spiritual, cultural, recreational and ethical level.
FLAME always encourages its students to go beyond the conventional education system and promotes co-curricular activities. FLAME encourages student participation in campus governance. The campus has a democratically elected Student Council. The Council governs the academic and disciplinary proceedings at FLAME. The Council has four committees, namely, Academic Committee, Student Welfare Committee, Sports Committee and Cultural Committee, with members from all four schools of FLAME. This structure encourages interaction and helps in developing the overall personality of the students. The OSA conducts various activities on campus throughout the year. There's always enough and more to do in FLAME, both in and outside the classroom. Some of the activities conducted are discussed below: Orientation, FLAME Fest, CREO, Bal Bhavan and Indian Festivals.
Thus, FLAME believes in keeping students engaged at all times – with not just academics or sport, but extra-curricular activities as well.

@rookie316 While on the face of it, it may appear that some of our placement statistics have shown a marginal degrowth, we would like to bring to your notice that last year was a challenging year for the Indian economy with major Indian companies reducing their recruitment requirements or even cutting them completely. In such a scenario, due to the inherent strength of FLAME's students and its industry relations we were able to place most of our graduating batch. In the current year, we are already seeing an uptick in those statistics with the highest package thus far of INR Rs. 8.5 lakh and median of INR Rs. 5.5 lakh. Deloitte, Mother Dairy, Asian Paints, Bajaj Allianz, HDFC AMC, ICICI Securities, Kotak Securities, HDFC Bank, TCS, Capital IQ, Berger Paints, Vedanta, ENAM, Future Capital, Reliance IT, Microqual, Cafe Coffee Day, Ratnakar Bank, Piaggio Vehicles, Zycus Infotech, Odessa Technologies, Brandscapes, amongst others have already participated in our placement process this year. Additionally, some of our students in the past have come from an entrepreneurial background and thus the number of companies required to place our students could decrease because of that since these students start their own venture and opt out of our placement process.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Sincerely,
FLAME
@FLAME_Education Thanks for the response. Another query is, I would like to know about the kind of placements (the range of salary and the positions) that had been provided for people taking HR specialization..over the years through FLAME and also the participating companies for the same.
