Hello people, we've just updated our forum structure and moved a couple of forums around and renamed a couple of them. We have done this to be more relevant and also based on how people have been using it over the years.
We have removed the Alumni Talk section at the top, but have moved its contents to two other areas. We have moved the Life at B-School section to The Lounge and the Alumni Discussions to Jobs and Careers - Post MBA Jobs.
I've seen how much discussion there is among users about job opportunities and preparing for a career of choice and so we've introduced a brand new section called Jobs & Careers.
There is so much knowledge about the people here about jobs, opportunities and how to make the best of their careers that we felt it was time to give it more attention.
Do let us know what you think. Happy posting :)
Iam a freshser....and i had chance to attend only 2 interviews tilll nowand i bombed in the HR rounds....anyone has any ideas about how to prepare for HR rounds...and alos any news about new jjob's would be great :)

We haven't ported over the favourite posts feature. If we ever do, we'll bring all your favourited posts. But right now there is no way to access them and neither can I tell you for sure if we will get the feature back

I think clutter has reduced quite a bit. People are very clearly and heavily participating in threads they are a part of thanks to notifications and the overall site speed. The Quant thread has seen 2000+ posts since the new site launch. I wonder if they would have hit 2K posts in 4-5 days in the old site.
@[1:pagalguy] dada. just a small observation i wanted to share.
i was looking at the career discussions section and it contains many job related threads e.g. infy, CTS, TCS, job postings and details and such kind of threads.
the pre-mba jobs section seems to be covered in the career discussions section itself.
my suggestion is we merge both those sections as it might be difficult to maintain a boundary between these 2 sections.
just a thought.

it's not there right now. we are revamping it to fit the new design. will be there soon.

can any one plz tell me what a " year down " mean in elligibility criteria for a job...is it same as "year gap"...or means "year back" .....i know this an irrelevant post here but plz some one help me with this. ty.
Please help me decide between mu sigma and bizacuity. I'm a fresher and this will be my first job. Having been offered a job by both companies, bizacuity pays better and is a startup.But location wise, mu sigma is in Bangalore and bizacuity is in Hyderabad. I must decide within a couple of days.
