The ROSS Application is now live.
Is there another active thread for Ross applicants for the class of 2014? The lack of activity here is quite surprising.
Hey adi,
I am perplexed by the same situation ... i thought ross, with the number of applicants from india, would be a very active and informational thread ... but not much activity going on around here :(
neways ... which round are you looking to apply in ?

hi guys,
glad to see some activity here. maybe its gonna pick up as the deadline draws closer.
I've submitted my application about a week back but one of my recommenders is out of town, will be back only next week 😞
now working on my GT application
Hi
Am also a Ross applicant. I have already applied to ISB in R1. Apart from Ross, probably will be applying to CMU, NYU & Singaporean B-Schools NUS & NTU.
Hopefully will get an admit in one of these:D
Guys lets make this thread more lively as Ross R1 deadline is just round the corner.
I have one query. Does anybody has any idea do we have to send hard copy of any documents to Ross?

I think the hard copies need to be produced only when you are admitted ... Scans should be fine for application.
Just my opinion though ... havent had reasons to think otherwise while filling in the application form.
Neone having troubles with recommendations ?

Ya. I mailed the Ross business School. This is what I got as reply from them.
" During the application process, original documents are not necessary. Scanned copies of your transcripts, resume and essays, etc should be included with your online application. Once a decision has been made on your application, you may be required to provide original transcripts and degree documents."

An update for fellow applicants: Ross director of admissions Soojin Kwon Koh has posted on her blog that Ross will be extending interview invitations in batches. The first batch will go out around October 24 and the second batch will go out around November 14.
Although she does mention that the batch in which you're invited is not an indication of how you stack up in the pool.
Fingers crossed ... best of luck everyone
