Talking about the campus life, every year as thousands of young minds flock towards the top universities in pursuance of their dream careers, one thing that leaves every student in anguish is missing out on the comfort zone of their homes.

But with BITS pilani, it’s a different story altogether and it is profound from the tales that every BITSian has, about their campus life to tell, after the culmination of their BITS journey. Ranked as one of the top institutes in the country, BITS pilani is renowned for its rich cultural heritage which is widely evident and reflected in every block of the campus.

Ranging from the lush green lawns of the spacelab to the highly technologized LTC, FD and NAB classrooms, from the iconic amphitheatre(rotunda) to the exuberant SAC, from the tower of pride(clock tower) to the highly revered Saraswati mandir, from the BIRLA Science museum to the state-of-the-art BITS library, proves that away from the hues and hassles of the world, BITS Pilani has managed to create a world of its own over the decades nurturing the probable leaders of tomorrow.

Every hostel is decently furnished and named predecessing with ‘BHAWAN’ fulfilling the nuances of ‘home away from home’ feeling, with a mess located in the premises of every hostel providing a scrumptuous 3-times meal a day to supervise the stay of students. And to satisfy the untimely hunger pangs of the students are located a wide range of food stalls throughout the campus during the day and Foodking and ANC(all night canteen) at service past evening operating upto wee hours at night.

Coming now to what that can be simply be exclaimed as the life of the campus- it’s students. One of the most distinguishing features of BITS Pilani are its students from diverse regional and cultural background and how they leave behind the varying aspects to come together as one unit- THE BITSians. And this unity is reflected by the difference in the depth of the bonds shared between them, from what it is like in the start to what it becomes as they march towards the end of their journeys in the institute.
