Western and Central Railway Recruitment 2019
The Western and Central Railway has issued a notification for the recruitment for the post of Apprentice. The candidates shall apply for the same through online applications for the recruitment of apprentices. And eligible and interested shall apply online from 04 October to 05 November 2019.
The West Central Railway Apprentice will be welcomed through the MP Online official website www.mponline.gov.in. Those candidates who are seeking to apply for WCR Apprentice recruitment 2019.
Age Limit:
The age limit set is 15 to 24 Years.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The necessary education qualification shall include the candidate should be 10th class passed and shall have an ITI certificate in relevant trade.
- For fitter, the candidate should be 10th, or it’s equivalent (in 10 + 2 system) with minimum 50% marks and ITI in fitter trade.
- For welder, the candidate shall hold 10th or its equivalent (in 10 + 2 system) with minimum 50% marks and ITI in Welder (G & E) trade.
- For COPA the candidate should be 10th or having an equivalent (in 10 + 2 system) with minimum 50% marks and ITI in COPA trade.
- For a Pinter, the candidate should be 10th, or it’s equivalent (in 10 + 2 system) with minimum 50% marks and ITI in Pinter trade.
- And for the Machinist the candidate should be 10th, or it’s equivalent (in 10 + 2 system) with minimum 50% marks and ITI in Machinist trade.
Vacancy Details:
- Fitter – 70 (UR-29, SC-10, ST-5, OBC-19, EWS-7
- Welder (GAS & Electric) – 66 (UR-26, SC-10, ST-5, OBC-18, EWS-7)
- COPA – 03 (UR-2, OBC-1)
- Pinter – 11 (UR-4, SC-2, ST-1, OBC-3, EWS-1)
- Machinist – 10 (UR-3, SC-2, ST-1, OBC-3, EWS-1)
The Priority list on basis of merit shall be prepared taking the average of the %age marks obtained by the candidates in 10th Class.
