The PGDM program duration is 2 years, which is structured across six trimesters.
In Year 1, students focus on core management subjects to build a strong foundation, followed by an 8-10 week summer internship that provides hands-on industry experience. In the 1st year, program also includes global exposure through international immersion, outbound leadership program and rural immersion programs, along with a focus on developing soft skills, leadership, and communication.
Year 2 allows students to specialize by choosing electives and advanced courses aligned with their career goals. The learning approach is interactive, with case studies, group discussions, and practical industry projects.
Apart from these, students also engage in workshops, national level conferences, guest lectures, and industry visits, fostering strong connections with the professional world and assessment is a mix of exams, quizzes, presentations, and project work.
